English Theatre Project: Loneliness and Feeling Foreign
The Student Services and PSB are offering an English-language theatre project during the winter semester. The project focuses on the themes of loneliness and feeling foreign, particularly in the context of migration and arriving in a new country.
Its aim is to enable cultural participation, create encounters between students from different backgrounds, and reflect on personal experiences together through artistic expression. Interested students can register via the Student Services Magdeburg registration portal.

Online Study: Wellbeing and Self-Perception of PhD Students and Postdocs
As part of a master's thesis at the University of Graz, an online study on wellbeing and self-perception in academic careers is currently being conducted. The study targets PhD candidates and postdocs (up to six years post-PhD) in the German-speaking region.
Study Overview
- Topic: Wellbeing, self-perception & short cognitive tasks
- Format: Online, anonymous
- Duration: Approx. 30 minutes
- Eligibility: C1-level German proficiency, early-career researchers
- Optional: Summary of results upon request
The study is supervised by Dr. Gabriela Hofer and Prof. Aljoscha Neubauer.
