Teaching Club

A working group to promote exchange among teachers

The Teaching Club provides a platform to exchange ideas on the topic of teaching, to collect methods
and to gain inspiration from other working groups. The goal is to reflect on one's own teaching
activities in exchange with others and to get new impulses. We welcome all PhD students, postdocs
and teaching faculty from all disciplines.

Some activities might be in German only.

  • Impulse lectures on methods and tools
  • Guest visits (hospitations) at different courses and lectures
  • Development of a method pool
  • Exchange of experience on methods, teaching strategies and tools
  • Peer mentoring and group coaching for improvement of teaching or difficult situation

For regular exchange we currently use a Mattermost Channel.

The channel is open for all teaching faculty.

If you are interested to join please write an email to Johannes Schleiss.
