Online study on career entry (in German)
As part of a psychological research project at the University of Leipzig, an online study is currently being conducted on career entry and experiences of the so-called impostor phenomenon. The study is specifically aimed at career starters under the age of 30 who are in their first years of employment.
Brief overview of the study
- Topic: Psychological study on work experience, health, and self-doubt when starting a career
- Method: Online, anonymous, realistic
- Procedure: Initial survey (approx. 15–20 minutes), short daily surveys for 2 weeks (3× daily, approx. 3–5 minutes each)
Period: starting immediately, registration until December 8, 2025
The study is part of two master's theses and is supervised by the Work and Organizational Psychology working group at the University of Leipzig.
