In-service group coaching for female academics
In the group coaching for female academics, an interdisciplinary team of doctoral and post-doctoral researchers discusses professionally relevant conflict situations and looks for and discusses solution-centred approaches. Various methods are used, such as psychodrama, which are moderated by the experienced coach Birgitta Wildenauer from Sofi-p. Other contents include strengthening the individual professional and personal development of the participants through the group.
