Quantitative genomics

The new DocAG “Quantitative Genomics” connects doctoral researchers and postdocs in Magdeburg who are interested in the analysis and interpretation of genomic data using quantitative methods. Our aim is to foster scientific exchange and networking within the field of quantitative genomics. We organise regular meetings to present and discuss ongoing research projects. In the long term, we plan to arrange self-organised workshops, as well as to invite guest scientists for lectures. The DocAG offers a platform for peer support, interdisciplinary dialogue, and the development of new research ideas in quantitative genomics, in particular quantitative transcriptomics.
