Science is not thinkable without the exchange of knowledge. We are witnessing the transition to Open Access Publishing at an increasingly rapid speed, and the ideal of free access to new knowledge has become commonplace. But what does Open Science and Open Data actually mean - what opportunities are there for science, what risks are perhaps associated with them, how much openness is enforced by funding agencies and what services can the OVGU offer its scientists? We invite you to inform yourself and discuss with the experts at the OVGU.
