DFG Call: Emmy Noether Groups "Methods in Artificial Intelligence"

The German Research Foundation (DFG) invites early-career researchers to apply for Emmy Noether Groups focused on Methods in Artificial Intelligence. AI methods such as machine learning, optimization, and data analytics have become key technologies in research – this funding aims to build the next generation of top experts through six years of independent group leadership.

Eligible applicants include postdocs and holders of fixed-term junior professorships (W1/W2), ideally 2–4 years post-PhD. Requirements include outstanding publications and international experience.
