Mastering the Unexpected in Talks, Meetings and Discussions 01.-02.09.2026

This course takes place in presence.

Workshop language is English.

Target group:

Doctoral candidates, post-docs

Objective:

The aim of this course is to develop the ability to master unexpected challenges confidently, clearly and powerfully. Through practical impulses, mental strategies and targeted self-reflection, a deeper trust in one's own ability to act should emerge - even (or especially) in situations that are beyond one's control.
The focus is on strengthening inner stability, presence and clarity in order to be able to react flexibly, solution-oriented and resiliently to the unexpected - in everyday life, at work and in personal growth.

Contents:

This unique two-day improv workshop gives participants the tools to accept the unexpected with confidence. Practical techniques will help participants step out of their comfort zone and develop their authority, focus their fears, prepare for blackouts and become more independent. The training is tailored to participants' individual issues and uses role play to explore suggested scenarios and practice coping strategies that can be applied in real-life situations.
