Target group:
Doctoral candidates and postdocs
Objective:
Conflicts are often perceived as negative and are therefore avoided. However, when properly recognized and dealt with, they offer great potential for development. Negotiation processes are commonplace in science: whether in a team, with supervisors or in interdisciplinary projects. This workshop provides you with strategies and techniques to better classify conflict dynamics and deal professionally with challenging situations.
You will learn about different clarification formats, reflect on your own conflict behavior and try out constructive ways to resolve conflicts - in a practical way and tailored to the academic context.
